Here are some of the things I can help you with:

Building an “Oh f*ck! fund”

Losing a job is hard. Needing to take time off of work to care for a loved one can be rough. Having an Oh F*ck! Fund helps create the stability to deal with these tough situations.

Building an “Oh crap! fund”

Not for situations quite as dire as those in the Oh F*ck! Fund, this is for when your furnace breaks in the middle of December. Your muffler falls off. You need a safety deposit payment for your new apartment. These unexpected expenses can be hard to deal with without prior planning.

building an “f-u Fund”

Stuck with a boss or a job you hate? Not able to leave a bad relationship because your finances are a mess? Have an F-U Fund can ensure you have the money to make those life changes that are best for you.

Figuring out what “retirement” means to you and the tools to get you there

“Retirement” can appear so far away. It seems like everyone is secretly saving for it, but not discussing how. Not exactly the type of thing you bring up at Thanksgiving.

Money and partnering

Having trouble deciding whether to keep your finances separate, completely merge them, or a combination? Trying to decide whether you will be renting or buying with your new beau? Planning for a child? Or perhaps you’re ending a relationship and need to rebuild your own financial foundation.

Creating a plan to achieve your version of financial freedom

What does money mean to you? Is your spending aligned with your values? What are your future dreams and goals and how will money be used as a tool to get you there?

Paying off debt

Debt can feel suffocating and get in the way of all of your other financial goals. Let’s create a plan to banish debt for good.

Understanding insurance

Insurance can be confusing, whether its provided by an employer or not. Understanding the basics can help avoid huge expenses down the road.

Planning for kids

Maybe you’re thinking about getting pregnant, starting IUI or IVF, adopting, or you already have a child and are trying to figure out how to save for college.

Here is how much it will cost:
